Aprilia TUONO description

Up for sale is likely the cleanest 2003 Aprilia Tuono in the country. The pictures speak for themselves - you will be hard-pressed to find a paint chip or scratch on it. This bike has 8500 miles on it. Recent maintenance or upgraded items include: new chain, new plugs, higher amp battery and a brand new front tire (BT-016).  I've owned this bike for 2 years and I'm the 3rd owner.  I've had zero issues with this bike other than standard maintenance items.  I am only selling this bike so that I can purchase a cruiser/touring bike for multi-day rides with my wife.  I will include whatever original miscellaneous parts (exhaust/seat, etc) I can find that go with the bike.

No disappointments here. The bike looks and runs flawlessly. I welcome inspections for local buyers or send your friend over to take a look on your behalf.

2012 Piaggio X10 Maxi-Scooter with ABS, Traction Control and Electronic Suspension

Thu, 19 Apr 2012

The Piaggio X10 slipped a little under the radar at the 2011 EICMA show behind other maxi-scooters such as Yamaha’s T-Max, BMW’s C650GT and C600 Sport and Piaggio’s own Aprilia SRV850. But take a look at some of the features Piaggio’s slapped onto the X10 and you’ll soon learn it’s not to be underestimated. The new flagship of Piaggio’s “Gran Turismo” scooter family, the X10 is equipped with anti-lock brakes anti-slip regulation (i.e.

Aprilia did electric. 10 years ago...

Sat, 26 Jun 2010

I was delving around old press kits and found this Aprilia Enjoy, electric push-bicycle from 10 years ago. It had a top speed of around 20mph and a range of (probably) about 25 miles. But who cares?
