Aprilia Tuono 1000R description
I'm selling my 2008 Aprilia Tuono 1000R, purchased new in Oct. 2010. The bike has Aprilia Racing Akropovic titanium/carbon fiber exhaust cannisters, installed by the dealer with appropriate remapping of the ECU. (This was a $1000 + option) I also have the original stock exhaust cans which go with the bike.
The bike is in immaculate shape. I've always stored the bike indoors. I'm older and have never ridden the bike hard. The bike has never been dropped or laid down in any way. Tires still have lots of life left. I just always wanted an Aprilia and finally had the opportunity to buy one, and I haven't been disappointed. They're exotic, exquisite machines with top notch components, engineering, and performance, plus they're something different that not everyone has. I'm selling this one to buy another Aprilia, the Mana, which more suited to my slower riding style.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

We're off to the Ulster Grand Prix
Fri, 13 Aug 2010I was pretty excited about going to the TT in June and it didn’t disappoint – three days of ram-packed entertainment, on all fronts. But the Ulster Gp is a different buzz. For starters I’m taking racing mad offspring no 2 for a lads and dads weekend away.
Wesll Quad Prototype
