The original, meticulous owner kept the bike in pristine condition. It comes with original side bags and top case too. A truly amazing survivor. BMW's K75S was heralded as "the quickest and fastest of the German company's 750 triples, and the best-handling BMW by a good margin," in a Cycle magazine road test from November of 1986. 2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. THERE'S SOMETHING rather cruel about ringing the nuts out of any bike on a dyno - a bit like poking a lion through the bars of a cage with a long stick... Anyway, not quite sure where I'm going with that one, so here's a rather lovely clip of BMW's much-lauded S1000RR getting a stationary pasting on a dyno. Not sure I'd be standing at the rear, mind you.

2015 BMW R1200GS Receives Minor Update and New Options

The liquid-cooled BMW R1200GS receives a slight tweak for 2015 along with new optional quick shifter and keyless ignition system. The Adventure version also gets these new options as well as new choices to lower the seat height. The 2015 GS receives the heavier crankshaft introduced on the 2014 R1200GS Adventure and R1200RT.
