BMW K-Series description

1994 BMW K 75 3 cylinder, 739 cc motorcycle.  Garage kept and with a low 12,230 miles. Hard bags  and hard rear storage. Nylon tank bags. Good motorcycle with a very comfortable ride. Mechanically sound. Only issue is that sift indicator does not always show the gear.  Body is in good shape but there are a couple of small scratches and one minor ding.  See photos. Email questions. Moto 3, Oral Engineering and the 2012 BMW S1000RR

KTM and Honda may have been the main players at recent Jerez Moto 3 test but GP newcomers, Oral Engineering, weren’t too far behind with our very own Danny Webb posting the 15th best time. Italian based Oral are supplying engines to Mahindra Racing (Danny & Marcel Schrotter) and Ambroggio Next Racing (Simone Grotzki & Giulian Pedone). Mahindra have their motor housed in an all new, Italian tubular steel chassis, while Ambroggio have gone down the more economic route of using their 2011 Aprilia RSW 125 chassis.

Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
