Up for sale is a BMW K1200LT Touring 2005. It is in a very good condition comparing to its age, and look as good as the pictures show. It has the ''facelift'' from the previous model before. It is driven 47k miles, tires are at about 60% tread.
Here is a list of a few items included/on the bike: -Cup holder -Electric center stand (makes alot of different) -Facelift dashboard -Rear passenger armrests -Satelite radio with aftermarket CD player -Garmin Streetpilot 2720 GPS (has not been mounted) -OEM Highway pedals (have yet to be installed) -Heated seats and grips -Cover -All manuals and books from when it was new -Clean and clear title in hand This is a no reserve auction, highest bidder takes it! Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. This converted BMW R1200RT has two 20 or 25 liter tanks (contain a premix of water and foam) mounted on either side that is connected to a 6.8 liter compressed air tank on the back of the bike that has a 20 to 30 meter hose. They are currently being used in the U.K.
