Up for sale is a beautiful 2007 BMW K 1200 GT with only 12090 original miles.

This German Super Tourer comes in classic gray and looks stunning.

The cosmetic condition of this BMW is outstanding and it shows only minimal signs of wear.

There are no dings, dents or heavy scratches.

We could not find any imperfections at all.

The GT is equipped with ABS brakes, heated grips, heated seats (driver and passenger), board computer and automatic adjustable windshield.

The mechanical condition is as good as the bike looks.

There are no issues and the BMW performs awesome.

The motor runs great and pulls the tranny effortless through all gears.

Overall the handling is light and easy for a 1200 cc bike.

The ride is very comfortable and also sporty.

Both tires are in good condition and have plenty of life left.

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

BMW Reportedly Developing 450cc Racebike

Italian website Motociclismo.it reports BMW is working on a new 450cc racebike to be used in youth racing series at select rounds other World Superbike Championship and the British Superbike Championship. According to the report, the new track-only sportbike will use a 450cc single-cylinder engine, likely the Husqvarna-developed version of the engine used in the BMW G450X. The engine will be mounted in an all-new chassis with racing suspension, wheels and carbon fiber fairing.

2012-2013 BMW S1000RR Recalled for Loose Side Stands

BMW has initiated a recall on the 2012 and 2013 S1000RR because the side stands may not have been correctly installed. According to Transport Canada, the side stand attachment bolts may loosen, causing an S1000RR to fall over while resting on the stand. At the moment, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce a recall, but American members of Motorcycle.com‘s S1000RR Forum say U.S.
