2002 Bmw R 1150 Rt on 2040-motos
BMW Other tech info
BMW Other description
2002 Bmw R 1150 RT, BMW rear trunk, heated grips, ABS brakes, cylinder protectors, custom seat - Riders spoke. BMW listened. The result is the R 1150 RT – a darling in the press and a demon on the road. The 90 horsepower twin engine makes for a good companion as the highway unfolds and the countryside flies by. Favored by police departments around the world, the RT is lighter and more nimble than most of its competitors but doesn’t give up any of the heavy-duty performance you’d expect from BMW. With a fully adjustable windshield and a fairing that stabs through the air, the R 1150 RT is the popular evolution of the 1978 R 100 RT. The air-management system can be adjusted to blow hot air onto your hands during a cold ride or to blast you with cool air on hot summer days. The controls are placed conveniently and adjustable to fit your hands. And for those much-anticipated long journeys there’s even a power accessory plug.
