The BMW K1200S sport bike was built for speed and high-performance. The inline four-cylinder 1157cc engine is transversely mounted on the frame and tilted forward to lower the bike's center of gravity. The engine produces an incredible 167 bhp at 10,250 rpm, and 96 ft-lbs of torque at 8250 rpm. Engine power is transferred through a six-speed gearbox and shaft drive to the rear wheel. The K1200S features the advanced BMW Duolever front suspension and Telelever rear suspension systems for superior handling and control characteristics. This 2005 Indigo Blue Metallic K1200S is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS), Heated Hand Grips, Saddlebags and Centerstand.

BMW Unveils “Near-Production” C Evolution Electric Scooter Prototype
Fri, 27 Jul 2012BMW has unveiled the a new “near-production” prototype of its electric maxi-scooter. The German manufacturer has produced five operational prototypes of the BMW C evolution scooter which will be showcased at various events around Europe to prepare for the launch of the serial production version. The BMW C evolution maintains many of the styling cues from the Concept e scooter unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.
