Tue, 23 Feb 2010I’d like to ramble on about a dozen different things relating to this video, but the 3- minute, 19-second clip speaks for itself. However, once the engine is revving at high rpm, watching the cams, finger followers and valve springs seemingly freeze in action due to the incredible speeds, I was reminded of that whole “Dude, the faster I went the more everything around me seemed to slow down,” experience we’ve all heard about or experienced. BMW C650GT and C600 Sport Recalled for Faulty Timing Chain Tensioner
Tue, 27 May 2014BMW has initiated a recall on 2012-2014 C600 Sport and C650GT scooters because of a problem with their timing chain tensioners. As of this writing, recalls have been announced in Canada and Germany but not for the U.S., though we expect the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will announce a similar recall shortly.
2013 BMW C600 Sport Recalled in Canada for Loose Fairings
Tue, 04 Dec 2012BMW‘s maxi-scooters have only just started going on sale in North America and already there’s a recall for the 2013 BMW C600 Sport in Canada. According to Transport Canada, the fairing side panels on certain BMW C600 Sport scooters can loosen and detach while moving at very high speeds. In such a situation, the detached fairing poses a hazard to the rider and passenger as well as other vehicles and bystanders.
