This is a near perfect 2010 BMWS1000RR loaded with aftermarket parts. At 12,300 miles were mainly put on the freeway.
This is a very unique Acid Green color. The bike has been loved sense day one. It has been into BMW for every service it requires always on time. When the bike sits in the garage it always has a cover on it. The bike has a full Akrapovic exhaust on it and passes emissions with no problems. The exhaust its self was $2,500, The previous owner also had BMW put in led blinker kit another $500 upgrade with lastly a black windscreen from BMW. This bike is a gem and definitely a head turner. 2014 BMW R1200RT Officially Recalled in US
Thu, 03 Jul 2014BMW has officially recalled the 2014 R1200RT in the U.S., after the company released a worldwide warning to customers about a potential defect with the rear suspension system. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the piston rod on the R1200RT’s Dynamic Electronic Suspension Adjustment (ESA) rear shock absorber may break without warning. The problem was first discovered April 1 after a warranty claim was filed in France.

Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
