I’d like to ramble on about a dozen different things relating to this video, but the 3- minute, 19-second clip speaks for itself. However, once the engine is revving at high rpm, watching the cams, finger followers and valve springs seemingly freeze in action due to the incredible speeds, I was reminded of that whole “Dude, the faster I went the more everything around me seemed to slow down,” experience we’ve all heard about or experienced. When I first saw this video, I thought it had to be a trick. Like the Gillette video of Roger Federer knocking a can off a man’s head with a tennis serve or the Nike ad with a couple of Dutch soccer players and an air vent, the first reaction is it has to be fake. But then I remember this is BMW stunt rider Chris Pfeiffer we’re talking about here.

2014 Urals Get Upgraded & Go On Tour

For 2014 Ural has equipped its line-up of two-wheelers and sidecars with some very modern componentry. Ural models now enjoy the benefits of electronic fuel injection (EFI), disc brakes (on all three wheels) and an hydraulic steering damper. Ural claims the motorcycles have received “dozens of other upgrades,” but did not provide details as to nature of those upgrades.
