HERE'S A GREAT RUNNING 1966 R50/2 WITH A LATER R60/2 ENGINE. IN AN LOCAL ESTATE SALE WE PURCHASED VINTAGE BIKES FROM A ELDERLY COLLECTOR IN SOUTHWEST CT. OUR SHOP GAVE THIS BIKE A THOROUGH TUNE-UP, INCLUDING A NEW COIL, CARBS REBUILD, VALVE ADJUST AND RETIMED THE ENGINE. IT'S A ONE KICK START BIKE AND RUNS GOOD. 120 PSI COMPRESSION IN BOTH CYLINDERS. HAS GOOD WORKING ELECTRICS AND HELLA BAR ENDS. TIRES ARE OLDER. KICKER OCCASIONALLY GETS CAUGHT AT TOP AND RELEASES WHEN CLUTCH HANDLE IS PULLED IN. “The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday
Mon, 18 Aug 2014The stage is set for ”The Meet at ACM” motorcycle show this weekend in Tacoma, WA. While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
