BSA Thunderbolt description
What you are looking at is a ground up build using all vintage parts or NOS parts or fabricated parts of a 1971 BSA Thunderbolt Long Chop. Everything on this bike is from the 60's or 70's, just some of what is on her is:
1.) AEE BSA Frame (NOS) 2.) AEE Batwing Tank with orig. cap 3.) BSA engine A65 650 cc with big bore kit making her a 780cc 4.) Randy's Springer with Road Runner Rockers 5.) Invader wheels-front has mini drum (NOS) 6.) Ron Finch Pawn Lights (NOS) 7.) Cheeta Sissy Bar 8.) Drag Specialties Q & K Seat 9.) Engine cases completely hand engraved 10.) #2 1964 Grand Prix Lights (Headlights) 11.) Custom Exhaust 12.) TC Brothers Forward Controls 13.) Trailer Fender 14.) Electronic Ignition 15.) BSA Lighting Head with NEW Amal carbs 16.) Custom one of a kind paint job with hand pin stripping and GOLD LEAF work! This bike is how it was done back in the day, you want a head turner here she is....No fat tire, No radio, No billet crap, kick only old school. This bike is not for everybody but it is for those who know what they want. I am starting the bidding out on the higher end because I only want those who are truly interested and not just punching keys because they are bored. I do have a reserve please do not ask me what it is. But please ask me as much as you like about the bike, it starts on the first or second kick and runs strong and is a riot to ride. Included with this is a complete photo collection of the build from day one and it has also been in a few magazines as well and has taken best overall and first place in many shows. |

Unable to afford a costly traditional sidecar, bus driver Alan Iles of Bedminster opted to build his own, using a bathtub. Twelve years later, the 1959 650cc BSA is still going and has been ridden all over Europe to help raise money for Cancer research and various charities, for which he has raised thousands of British pounds.
