Bobber Bobber description
I'm selling my 2013 bobber built by Revolutions Speed & Customs Inc. This bike still has the original builder title and has never been titled in anyone's name. I honestly purchased the bike to flip. I'm getting married in October and I'm using the money to help pay for that. When I purchased the bike, it wasn't in running condition. The gas smelled like paint thinner. The bike had been sitting for a long while and I bought it without being able to hear it run. The previous owner just let it sit in his garage, it never even had a license plate mounted to it. I got it running after a gas tank flush and going through the carb. the timing was off also. The tank was original black with heavy silver flake. It made the bike look cheap. I painted the tank and had a local pin stripper finish out the details. There is a ton of high priced items on the bike: Carbon Fiber Rims: BST Blackstone TEK Front 21x2.5, Rear 18x5.5 $3,700/pair Carbon Fiber rear fender $250 Rolling Thunder softail frame $2,400 Revtech 110" 1700cc engine $4,200 Revtech 5 speed transmission $900 Vance & Hines pipes Custom triple tree and matching rocker covers GSXR 1000 front forks 3" open belt drive The frame has a raw/unpainted look. Rides great and cruises down the highway at a comfortable RPM. My reserve covers the engine and the rims. You couldn't build this bike for what I'm willing to sell it for. I took it to our local bike night and the attention this thing received was ridiculous. It load and mean. The engine pulls so strong, its hard for me to hold on. I have yet to be wide open throttle because I cant stay on the seat. Like I stated before I'm only selling because I'm getting married and using the money for our wedding. I will get another motorcycle, with 2 seats so we both can enjoy the ride. **** I am willing to take payment by paypal but the buyer has to pay the paypal fees. Paypal has raised the fees and its absolutely ridiculous. I also put a buy it now just in case someone doesn't want to lose a wining bid. my reserve is under the buy it now. The only issue with the bike is sometimes the starter hits hard. I believe the starter needs aligned or shimmed. it doesn't do it every time. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY ADDITIONAL CLOSE UP PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE BIKE RUNNIG, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. I WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND ANY INFORMATION SO YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE DONT BID IF YOURE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING. |
