Buell Blast description

Up for Sale my 2009 Blast with 7,423 miles. 

It was a great beginner bike, mainly for a short riders like myself, and now it is time to find her a new home and find a bigger bike for me. 

Garage kept, very clean and only serviced by Harley Davidson in Butler. 
It includes several extras such as Vance & Hines exhaust, jet kit, K&N air filter, LED blinkers, custom painted rear tire hugger, grips and recent Dunlop tires.
Dropped the bike once stalling it out of the driveway. 

Starts, works and sounds great!
This is an awesome first bike excellent for low height riders and females like myself. 
Specs: 5spd., wet multi-plate clutch, 360 lbs, seat height 27.5 in, close to 40HP

Buell Motorcycles Shut Down [video]

Update Nov 13: Last Buell Motorcycle Rolls Off the Line An emotional Erik Buell has posted a video on the Buell Motorcycle site officially announcing that Harley-Davidson has shut down all Buell motorcycle production.  Harley-Davidson will honor all warranties for Buell owners, Buell dealers will still be selling the limited supply of bikes that are currently on hand.  Visit Motorcycle.com News for more details. AMSOIL Giving Away a 2014 Erik Buell Racing 1190RX

Synthetic lubricant company AMSOIL has been a sponsor of Erik Buell Racing for a few years now, backing the fellow Wisconsin-based company’s racing efforts since 2011. Now that EBR has started mass production of the 1190RX streetbike, AMSOIL is continuing the partnership by giving one away. A 2014 EBR 1190RX is the grand prize of the AMSOIL Building Legends Sweepstakes, which runs now through Nov.

Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ

Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points.
