2000 Buell Lightning X1. Terrific condition with 10,500 mis currently, but will change since bike is still being ridden. Bike has following upgrades: Vance and Hines exhaust, K&N air filter, Buell Factory light weight polished wheels, upgraded adjustable clutch and brake levers, new tires (changed since photos were taken), fresh plugs, fresh Amsoil in engine and transmission, Buell racing ECM, Upgraded Works coil over shock with remote reservoir, professionally installed. Bike adult owned and always stored inside. This is the best handling bike I have ever owned and rides well. The 1203 VOLT Twin engine has impressive torque and overall performance. The two companies are among the top 100 brands in the world, as ranked by brand consultancy firm Interbrand. Apple is #2 on Interbrand’s rankings for top brands of 2012 with a brand value of $76.57 billion, while Harley-Davidson is ranked 96th overall with a value of $3.86 billion.

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).
