2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. Wesll Quad Prototype

A number of manufacturers have tinkered with various three-wheeled motorcycle applications over the years. Companies like Piaggio, Can-Am, Brudeli and even Harley-Davidson have produced unique trikes with ranging levels of success. The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.

Can-Am Announces 2015 Spyder F3 and Biketoberfest Contest

Can-Am/BRP has just taken the (photographic) wraps off the 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3! Although little official information is available, we can take some educated guesses based on what we can see in this photo plus the spy shots we published a couple weeks ago. The new, more aggressive front end prominently features a radiator grill, which we expect will provide the increased cooling required by a beefed up version of the liquid-cooled Rotax 1330 ACE in-line 3 cylinder mill currently powering the Spyder RT tourer.
