Custom motorcycle with 40th anniversary S&S 110 cubic inch engine. Vance and Hines straight pipes. Cosmetically the bike is in fair condition and could use some updates and new chrome. Spark plugs have always looked great when checked and the motor has plenty of power. The key hole is no longer in place on the ignition switch and needs to be replaced but is no problem to starting the bike. Super E carburetor. Currently has metzeler radial tires on front and back new within the last 3,000 miles. Head turning beautiful motorcycle.

One of Letterman’s bikes did appear in the September 2008 issue of American Iron Magazine and he also wrote the forward to Paul Teutul Sr.’s new book “The Ride of a Lifetime” so I guess he walks the walk and talks the talk. Custom Choppers for Allstate Insurance by Ness, Perewitz, Fairless Unveiled at Bike Week
Tue, 13 Mar 2012Mega stars of the custom chopper world Arlen Ness, Dave Perewitz and Rick Fairless have each built a one-off custom motorcycle for Allstate Insurance Co. Each bike embodies themes representing Allstate’s involvement in the motorcycle community, like the company’s motorcycle awareness program called Once is Never Enough (ONE), which Fairless incorporated into his design. A fourth motorcycle, a Victory Cross Country customized by Ness, is the grand prize in Allstate’s national sweepstakes (www.allstate.com/motosweepstakes).
