Chopper trike description
We are listing this one of a kind machine for one of our customers. He is getting up there in age and no longer has a use for this VW powered trike. This trike is titled as a 1980 Custom, it is powered by a 1971 1600cc Volkswagon engine with a four speed. The rear suspension set up is from a 1968 Volkswagon. This is a really cool piece of nostalgia.......it has a paint scheme from that era, foot clutch, jockey shift and a springer front end. This trike starts, runs and drives as it should.
We are an independent motorcycle shop (Superstar Cycle Center) located in Independence, Mo. (64055). Our business hours are 9-6pm Tues.-Friday and 9-5 pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Call or email with any questions, 816-709-3671. |

Wed, 20 Oct 2010WHAT, you may well be asking, is a picture of an upturned helicopter doing on a website dedicated to motorcycles? Chopper fans amongst you may know this isn't any ordinary helicopter, it's an Agusta 109C; an 8-seat twin-turbine multi-million dollar aircraft capable of whisking its occupants across the sky at around 170mph.
