Ducati Other description

This 1975 DUCATI 750GT WAS LAST REGISTERED IN 1983...the original owner was "asked" by his wife to stop riding, and he stopped riding...he stopped riding the DUCATI,and watched it sit in the corner of his garage for THIRTY YEARS...I have cleaned the bike only enough to see what is present...I am not a DUCATI expert by any means, but I know bikes in general, and it is obvious that this is a RARE UNMOLESTED example of this great bike...the bike turns over with good compression (owner oiled, and turned the motor regularly, and rolled it in gear)...transmission shifts, and engages the gears...I removed the front BREMBRO F7 caliper intending to rebuild it...it will go back on the bike AS IS...new owner will be responsible for the rebuild...there is no battery...I have not started it,and will not try to start it...Odometer records 14,547 miles...this is actual miles since new...if you need more info, reach me at 603-616-8807...leave a message if necessary and I will respond...SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY...if you need a title,it will take up to 60 days, and it will cost $150.00

On Aug-26-13 at 11:39:49 PDT, seller added the following information:

I have added  a picture of the CASE SEAL on the bottom of the motor...the lead medallion is embossed with DUCATI...it is wired to two case bolts, and confirms that the cases have never been opened...

Ducati Teases New 2015 Scrambler

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

Ducati officially confirmed it is launching a new Scrambler model for 2015. Ducati gave its factory workers in Bologna a sneak peak of the new Scrambler prototype, but the rest of us will have to settle for the teaser image above and a video. We’ve been waiting for Ducati to reveal its new Scrambler ever since the company registered for the trademark in April 2013.

Up Pikes Peak in under 10 minutes

Fri, 24 Aug 2012

Join Grey Tracy as he romps up the Pikes Peak hill climb in under 10 minutes on a Ducati Multistrada. Tracy finished second to Carlin Dunne, but still managed an impressive time of 9:58 as he tackled the daunting 14,000ft climb. He's quick and as a YouTube commentor pointed out: "Every time you were on the white line I cringed for a second" To which Tracy replied, "Me too!"
