2001 Ducati 748 Biposto with 4242 Org. miles (time capsule) Collector Quality (Re listing due to dead beat ebayer ... If you can't come up with the money, don't bid!) Purchased New in April 2002 as a leftover These bikes were selling for $13,500 NEW (I basically broke the bike in) First stage 621 miles between 6500-7000 RPM, Second stage 1553 miles up to 8000 RPM I am very meticulous with this bike and breaking it in took some discipline but it was done right, and therefore doesn't smoke as you may have seen some do. This is also a fuel injected bike. I am the orginal ADULT owner, 100% stock unmolested, never down... with all up to date services 2002 I believe was the last year for this Body style that will never get old, Its just truely beautiful This is Showroom condition, always garaged and covered... No paint fade! (this is that one) No hacking or cutting up of rear fender, Has original build stickers and yellow wax torque markings still on bolts from dealer. I would only use 1 key so as to not scratch the gas tank when starting the bike...Comes with both front and rear stands and owners manual. This bike is by no means your average Ducati, such it won't sell for the average price! It's time for it to go and I know that I'm asking a very realistic and fair price. It's not for everyone, and I understand it's for someone who can appreciate the legacy and heritage that Ducati brings. If you want to offer 5grand than go find another with 10-20 thousand miles on it. It would be hard pressed to find another bike cleaner... Sat, 24 Jul 2010Took Rieju’s little sports 50 (£2499) to Whilton Mill kart track near Daventry the other day. Didn’t even need the ramp to load it in – such are the delights of 50cc bikes. Got my resident stunt monkey to test it out round the track but things were a bit hampered by a stubborn gear selection process.
