Ducati Superbike description

I have an absolutely beautiful 2010 Ducati 1198S, 5k miles, ohlins sport suspension, never been dropped, crashed or raced or tracked, Black, Full carbon fiber Leo Vince exhaust sounds incredible ($1500) , Pazzo levers, open clutch, perfect condition, tires excellent, had bike inspected and scored a 89 out of 90...I bought this bike for a customer who did not have his funds ready and has not come by to pick it up. So I am needing to sell it at a great buy. I hold a Tx dealers license because I am in the car wholesale business so if your in Tx I will do all the TTL and paperwork for you....This bike is NOT for the faint of heart as it is extremely fast.....call or text me at 214-734-3595..I have 2 keys and books for it also.

FIM to Revise WSBK Homologation Requirements

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

The International Motorcycling Federation is considering modifying its homologation requirements for the World Superbike Championship following Bimota‘s somewhat surprising plans to re-enter the series. Under current regulations, manufacturers must produce a minimum number of motorcycles for it to be eligible to compete in the production-based WSBK championship. The official regulations currently require a minimum of 125 units produced for an initial homologation inspection, 500 units produced by June 30 of the current year, 1,000 units by the end of the current year and 2,000 units by the end of the following year.

Filippo Preziosi Resigns from Ducati

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

Former General Manager of Ducati Corse Filippo Preziosi has resigned from the company, ending his 19-year career with the Italian manufacturer. Preziosi led Ducati‘s racing program for the last decade including its lone MotoGP championship in 2007, but the 44-year-old engineer also carries a lot of the blame for Ducati’s recent struggles including the doomed Valentino Rossi era. Preziosi held the position of GM of Ducati Corse until last November when he was replaced with former BMW Superbike manager Bernhard Gobmeier.

Tue, 22 May 2012

Update: Read the Leatt STX Road neck brace review here. I've recently taken delivery of a Leatt STX Road neck brace for review. Leatt are a familiar sight in the off-road fraternity but not in the world of road riding or road racing.
