this was a brand new 1948 harley replica frame set up for a evo motor, 5 speed. Built by Pacific Coast Cycles in Signal Hill about 10 years ago, real 1948 springer front end(extended 2", chromed), 1948 complete front hub/ wheel, 1948 bodywork, modern electrics from evo, foot shift, hand clutch(not tank shift, but can be converted to work), brass real Flanders risers, belt drive and rear disc brake, Runs great, registered as a 1948 Harley, clean title, old owner spent over 20K creating this bike, was appraised at 23K.  I took it in on trade, not really my style, just got a fresh tune up by Mike at Pacific Coast Cycles, see pics for all details, can take a credit card for payment or will consider any trades too, email me with what you have??

While at the time, most of the attention was on President Barack Obama, motorcycle enthusiasts would have surely noticed the one-of-a-kind 2009 Harley-Davidson Police concept Tri-Glide Ultra Classic which led the inauguration parade to the White House on January 20th. Lieutenant Scott Fear, Commander of the U.S. Park Police Motor Unit, led a dozen side car-equipped Electra Glides in a formation riding the heavily modified Trike, which was sourced by Harley-Davidson of Frederick.

Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.
