1966 flh Harley generator shovel ,just picked this up on a trade,frame looks to be uncut and stock,motor is rebuild and has dual plug heads,s&s carb,sounds like solid lifters,was sitting in a heated garage last 10 years,put in a new battery ,gas ,cleaned carb and it fired right up and sounds fine,to cold out to ride so I'm sure it still might need some tinkering,has super glide dual disk front end,sold with ct bill of sale only,that is all ct has on older bikes,ck w your state first before bidding if that is ok ,call w any questions,two 03 nine ten 6885

Harley-Davidson to compete in Hill Climb

For the first time in the history of the World Extreme Games, in addition to skiers, snowboarders and other extreme winter sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders will also start competing. The new Harley-Davidson Snow Hill Climb medal discipline will be introduced during the final days of the games, which will take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Athletes will climb on motorcycles on the slope of the SuperPipe track.

Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation

Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
