Harley-Davidson Other description

I have for auction a late 60's early 70's Harley-Davidson Servi-Car. The frame has been unmolested, fiberglass box has a 1.5 inch hairline crack up by the cover hinge, other than that it is perfect. The motor is not original. Cylinders match, cases do not, left case is a 1951, right case is a 1946, it has an aftermarket carburetor. Seems to have all parts minus the generator. All sales are final and no returns are accepts. Make sure this is what you want before you bid. There will be a $500 deposit due to PayPal and the rest will be paid with cash. No checks or other forms will be accepted. If you do not show up to pick up the motorcycle you will forfeit your deposit. If they're any question ask them. Thanks for looking at my ad.

AMA Honors Zero and Scot Harden with Bessie Stringfield Award

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The American Motorcyclist Association has bestowed a special recognition award to Zero Motorcycles and its Vice President of Marketing, Hall-of-Famer Scot Harden, for their work in attracting new riders and the positive impact they’ve delivered to mainstream media. Harden (pictured above from our recent Zero FX dirt riding review) and Zero were awarded the AMA Bessie Stringfield Award which recognizes individuals who have been instrumental in bringing emerging markets to motorcycling. The award is named after 2002 AMA Hall of Fame inductee Bessie Stringfield, the first African-American woman to ride solo across the United States and a civilian motorcycle dispatch rider for the army in World War II.

Cubans Host First Harley-Davidson Rally

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

Relations between the U.S. and Cuba have been strained for decades but that hasn’t stopped some Cubans from enjoying a piece of Americana. About 70 Cuban Harley-Davidson riders (or “Harlistas” as they call themselves) gathered in the resort town of Varadero for the country’s first-ever Harley-Davidson rally.
