I hate to sell my baby, but like most of us I came upon a rough patch in life.
This was a ground up build with a lot of time and money invested. Rebuilt 360 (kept stock)-Rebuilt 4 speed manual--Differentials (4:10)--Brakes Wheel and axle bearings--Hayes heavy duty clutch pack--4" Sky Jacker lift--runs, drives and shifts excellent and is a Daily Driver. Paint is driver quality and still looks great. ALL good glass and everything works as it should including ice cold A/C. 100% Mechanically perfect and RUST FREE. Could use a minor tweaking on body lines...I am a mechanic not a body man but I got it real close. Interior is excellent and I will include tool box and Cobra 29 CB. I would do a 50/50 trade for a Harley Wide Glide or Softail. Must be in Excellent condition with good tires and road ready.. Evolution or Twin Cam ONLY with less than 35xxx miles. I will also consider an Indian Scout as long as it is 80ci or betterand have ALL lights. *The price is $12,500 Firm and want a good $6000 motorcycle / $6000 CASH to me and $500 put in Pay Pal. Easy Rider 40th Anniversary
Tue, 27 Oct 2009Peter Fonda, who played Wyatt in the 1969 cult classic, Easy Rider, was in Glendale, CA on Friday to help promote the Blu-Ray release of the film which marks the 40th anniversary. The movie was scheduled to be shown at the Love Ride event that was canceled this year, instead the film screened at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. One of the film’s main objective was to expose violence and racism in the U.S. in a negative light but instead it seems that it was taken the wrong way with most, glorifying the lifestyle that was portrayed in the film.

Tue, 04 Aug 2009Ever gone to take your Harley for a spin and thought "You know, I wish this thing had a couple more seats, infact no, I wish it had 10". Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
