Harley-Davidson Other description

1999 Harley-Davidson FLHT Electra Glide Standard, Great cruiser Great Ride Ready To Roll - Bike fires right up and runs great. Bike is done all up in black and looks great. Bike is mechanically sound as well as cosmetically with the exception of a couple blemishes in the paint. If you are interested in this bike give us a call today. Begin with the steady, all-day power of the new Harley-Davidson eighty-eight incher. Isolation mount it in our top-of-the-line touring frame. Then add the timeless, wind-cheating lines of an Electra Glide fairing. You have the Electra Glide Standard. We give the metal of the engine a polished finish. There are saddlebags with barrel-type locks for your gear. Our classic touring seat. Comfortable floorboards for your feet. Not to mention a basic bike with enough stature to hold any kind of custom look you want to add. That’s the Standard. It’s hard imagine a rider asking for more.

10-seater Harley. Just what you need.

Tue, 04 Aug 2009

Ever gone to take your Harley for a spin and thought "You know, I wish this thing had a couple more seats, infact no, I wish it had 10". Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.

Milwaukee’s The Iron Horse Hotel

Tue, 19 May 2009

Historically speaking, the kinds of places that have openly accepted or invited motorcycle enthusiasts and their bikes were lacking in a number of areas. While they may have been convenient and offered motorcycle-friendly amenities, they did so with little comfort or luxury. On the other hand, accommodations on the higher end of the spectrum were pretentious and inconvenient for storing bikes and gear.
