The Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic has been integrated with tubeless chrome aluminum profile laced wheel option, a bat-wing, fork-mounted fairing with a clear, Lexan windshield and a chrome, low profile fuel tank console. Some other features that come with the Electric Glide ride are the Dunlop ‘Multi-Tread’ rear tire construction which extends tire life by 25 percent, air adjustable rear shocks for a more comfortable ride and the full-length rider footboards.

Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.

Fri, 16 Mar 2012At the end of April 2012, Willie G., as he’s commonly known, grandson of Harley-Davidson co-founder, William A. Davidson, will end his career at Harley-Davidson. Davidson’s time as Chief Styling Officer at H-D spanned nearly 50 years.
