This is a very nice example of a very good condition, custom softail 1340 EVO including numbers matching frame and engine.


Original numbers matching frame and 80" EVO motor. Motor is electric start.
Bike has just under 42k Original miles w/ no rebuilds. and has been flawlessly maintained its whole life.drive this bike anywhere.
 

Very nice example of a classic softail setup. Isn't perfect, but close. 

Has a very nice 3 tone custom paint job(see pics).

Arlen Ness B-Day Bash At Petersen Museum

On July 12 the Petersen Automotive Museum is throwing a birthday party for one of motorcycling’s customizing icons, Arlen Ness. The B-day celebration will be followed by a V-Twin Cruise-In on July 13 and punctuated by a summer-long exhibit entitled Arlen Ness: Art on Two Wheels. The July 12th birthday party is open to the public and the $95 ticket price puts you in the company of Arlen and other customizing aristocrats and also includes cocktails and dinner.

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

Owner of Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson Found in Japan

Harley-Davidson representatives in Japan have identified the owner of the motorcycle lost in last year’s tsunami but later found on a remote beach in Canada. The 29-year-old owner, Ikuo Yokoyama, lives in Yamamoto, Japan, in Miyagi Prefecture, the region hardest hit by the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Yokoyama survived the disaster but lost three family members and is still living in temporary accommodations.
