Harley-Davidson Softail description

2002 Harley Davidson Springer Softail

I am selling my 2002 Harley Davidson Springer Softail. I have owned it since 2011, I bought it from my neighbor whom was the original owner. Since I have owned it there's been a lot done. I had the Cam and gear assembly changed out and a better one put in. Also at that time I had a carburetor kit put in along with a higher flow air filter (still has original Harley face plate). Accessories include: Vance & Hines straight shot pipes, 3.00" forward controls, Gooderidge Cables, two different style seats that come with their own backrests, both soft and hard saddle bags, full Harley cover and also has the Mag style rear wheel. I have almost $5000 in chrome on this bike (all Harley) and it really helps it stand out. I have every original part that came off of it in my garage including all the books and the original VHS tape. This bike is in great shape and runs like a top, no disappointments! the only reason for my selling is a home remodel project I need to get finished. Thanks for looking, please email with any questions I can help with.

Tue, 21 Aug 2012

For 2013 Harley’s Dyna Street Bob gets updated styling treatments that further promote the production-level bobber’s no-nonsense image. In addition to the restyling, the Street Bob joins the 1200 Custom as one of two bikes available for Harley’s web-based customization program known as H-D1. “Our focus for the Street Bob is always on street appeal,” Harley-Davidson’s Styling Manager Tony Pink said in a release.

A Seattle Seahawks-Themed Motorcycle. Why? Because Football. And Charity.

Fri, 23 Aug 2013

With the return of football season upon us (that’s American football for our international readers), we thought it best to feature, what else, but a motorcycle. In this particular case, it’s a Seattle Seahawks-themed custom based on a 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King, the same year the Hawks made it to the Super Bowl. The man behind the custom, award-winning bike builder and Seattle resident, Keith Wong, was approached by Patrick ‘PT’ Town, the founder and executive director of Union Ride & Charity Rally - a charity event to raise money for several non-profits including Northwest Harvest, A.N.E.W., Helmets to Hardhats and the Awareness, Education and Prevention of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Youth Football.
