I am selling this Harley 2010 Rocker. This bike is perfect, not a scratch on it, low mileage and runs great. I am running the bike without baffles, but the baffles will go with the sale of the bike. I just put a new battery in the bike a week ago. The bike has zero defects, no fluid leaks of any kind. I am not the original owner of this bike. I am showing pictures of both bikes that I am selling, but this listing is just for the Rocker only. I am about to turn 70 years old and I just don't feel good riding anymore is the reason that I am selling both bikes. The time has come for me to become just a spectator, no more riding for me. I will require a $500 down payment, the rest of the payment before the bike will be released to the new owner. The titles are clear on both bikes as I paid cash for the bikes when I purchased them. Fri, 04 Oct 2013On January 9, 2014, during the fourth annual Las Vegas Sale of motorcycles at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, Bonhams, the world’s largest auction house for cars, motorcycles and memorabilia, will be auctioning off over 50 motorcycles from the extensive Wayne Pierce family museum collection, all offered at no reserve. Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.

Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?
Fri, 10 May 2013Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
