Harley-Davidson Super Glide FXE description
I bought this bike off the second owner who purchased it in 1981. For a 39 year old bike it's in excellent condition. Chrome in excellent condition no pits etc. Paint has no blemishes. There is no defects I can see. It had a screaming eagle kit installed in 1981, Solid lifters, mild cam and carb. Two new Meltzer tires. New sealed battery last year. I have all the original parts, bars, exaust pipes, seat and carb. Plus a full box of misc. parts that go with it. The pics do not do the bike justice. I also have original owners manual and service manual. The bike has electric start and kick start. Bike starts good, runs good and shifts good. Any questions call Ken at 570-470-4802.

Tue, 28 Apr 2009Everything needs to be jumped over with a skateboard at some point in human history. People, benches, cars, cats, senior citizens, conclusions, ships, …. I’m getting a little metaphorical here… Why not motorcycles? Let’s jump some motorcycles on a skateboard and let’s make them Harley-Davidson motorcycles to boot. Harley is on fire with releasing “viral video” to promote their Dark Custom line and have now released this interesting video of a “modded” skateboard with fireworks strapped to it flying over some bikes. Personally, I think it looks like the guy is hanging from a wire when he crosses over those bikes.
Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
