This 2001 Harley Davidson FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra Classic has been accessorized with chromed front forks, highway bars with pegs, rider backrest, saddle bag guards, and dual exhaust. This bike was a trade in here at Fort Worth Harley Davidson. The bike does start and has not been through our shop. It is sold AS-IS with no warranty implied or otherwise. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: While we make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles, please understand you are purchasing a used motorcycle. They come with no warranty expressed or implied from our dealership. Fort Worth Harley does offer extended warranties at an additional cost for your peace of mind. We encourage all buyers to look at the bike in person or order an inspection by a third party prior to the auction ending. PAYMENT TYPES: Certified Funds, Cash in Person, Bank Financing FEES: All buyers will be charged a $125 documentary fee. This helps us with costs associated with title and bank paperwork. There is also a state required vehicle inventory tax. It is charged at a rate of .002390% of the selling price, which equates to $23.90 for every $10,000 of purchase price. Buyers will also be responsible for all state and local taxes and fees. TERMS: A $500 non-refundable partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 Business days. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.
EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500

Built for urban environments, the Street series machines fall under the Dark Custom design and are intended for young, urban riders. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S.
