Harley-Davidson shovelhead description

1983 Shovelhead FXE wide glide, matching numbers. Bike has recently been redone and has 1000 miles since rebuild. Powder coated frame, tanks and fenders have good paint, new front end, new wheels, 16" apes, open primary, new brakes & calipers, new chain, new rotors, new speedo, new hand controls and forward controls.

Engine has 4 1/4 inch stroke flywheels, stock rods, wisco pistons, ported & polished heads w/manley valve guides & andrews high lift valve springs, andrews B-grind cam, solid lifters, S&S super E carb and cycle shack drag pipes.

This is a strong running bike. I ride it often and it shows signs of wear. Bike is kick only. Takes a few kicks on cold start. Once bike is warm fires on first or second kick.

I have the old primary, starter and starter solenoid that will go with the bike if you want it. Easy to convert back if you want closed primary/electric start.

Bike is sold as is, no warranties or guarantees.

Buyer is responsible for shipping.

The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
