Gresini Unveils 2012 MotoGP and Moto3 Honda Race Bikes

Last season, Alvaro Bautista rode on one of the best looking motorcycles on the MotoGP grid, the Suzuki GSV-R in Rizla powder blue livery by Troy Lee Designs. This season, Bautista is riding the Gresini Honda RC213V, but instead of its previous white paint job, the Gresini machine is in a sleek black. No reason for the color change was announced, though it’s possible the choice is a sign of mourning for the late Marco Simoncelli whose place Bautista is assuming with Gresini.

Honda Pro Racing Debuts Online Magazine

The Honda Pro Racing Line is a fully interactive digital magazine produced by Honda Pro Racing dedicated to Honda athletes in motorcycle sport, whether it’s on paved racetracks, roads (think Isle of Man), or dirt. The premier issue of the digital magazine is focused largely on Honda’s MotoGP, World Endurance and Isle of Man TT teams, with some ink given to HRC’s Dakar contenders as well.

2014 Honda CB1100 Announced

The Honda CB1100 has only been available here in North America for a year, but for 2014, the retro-styled standard is already getting an update. That’s because the CB1100 has been around for a bit longer overseas, and for nearly everywhere but here, it’s ripe for a modest refresh. For 2014, Honda is replacing the previous version’s five-speed transmission with a six-speed gearbox.
