                                                                                          1975 Honda CB500T Twin Cafe

You are bidding on my cool 1975 Honda CB500T.  This bike was completely stripped down to the bare frame, then the frame was painted, and the bike was rebuilt, replacing any needed parts along the way.  Then the engine was tuned up, increasing the jetting and using the UNI filters.  This increases air/fuel intake amount and helps with an increase in power and performance. The bike is snappy. The bike was then converted to a Cafe Racer but keeping the original frame intact and using the original wiring harness.   A new chrome rear wheel and spokes were added, increasing the tire size and spec to accomodate today's higher speeds.   The bike uses a dual-leading front brake and both brakes perform well.  Old school but very good.  The original seat pan was used to create this new cafe solo seat.  A new front tire was also used, and we used the original D.I.D. front rim.   The fuel tank is original and has been re-painted.   It is very clean inside.  The original carbs have been removed and cleaned.  The electric starter has been removed to save weight and the original kick-starter works excellent.  Old school.  ALL lights and signals work as they should,, but the signals were removed.  I do not have them.  We were getting ready to install cafe signals when I decided to sell the bike and get some room in my garage for winter projects and my truck.   I have the clear title to this bike that is signed off by the previous owner and ready to be transferred.   PLEASE PAY PAL ONLY.  YOU EBAY MESSAGE ME YOUR PAY PAL EMAIL ADDRESS AND I SEND YOU THE INVOICE TO PAY WHEN YOU WIN PLEASE.  SIMPLE AND EASY.   THANKS.

This is a 45 year old motorcycle and does not come with any warranties, either expressed or implied.  Thank you very much for your interest and for bidding.  Good luck to all.    REMEMBER, PAY PAL ONLY.  UPON AUCTION END, YOU SEND ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS LINKED TO YOUR PAY PAL AND I SEND YOU THE FULL INVOICE.  SIMPLE.  EASY.

SHIPPING:  I do not ship vehicles,  and I am not a dealer or a mechanic.  The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for their own shipping or pick the vehicle up.  I will store the vehicle for up to 30 days.  Please try to get it picked up by then, otherwise, storage fees of $10 per day will be added to what you owe. Thanks.

PAYMENT:  Please, PAY PAL ONLY.   I send you an Invoice as soon as the auction ends and you pay the Invoice then please.  You will need to give me your email address as soon as you buy the bike ok?  These are my terms.  Thank you.

Bradl prepares for Laguna's Corkscrew

Wed, 25 Jul 2012

A rookie to Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl shows one way to prepare for the Corkscrew; by riding his LCR Honda RC213V down the famous Lombard Street in San Francisco. The reigning Moto2 champion may have never raced at the Californian track but earlier this year he used a break between races to learn the circuit on a Honda CBR1000RR, having only had a virtual experience of Laguna before this year. At the time the young German said: "It is downhill, and there are lots of blind corners.

San Francisco Motor Cops Can Chase You Up Stairs + Video

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

Let’s get one thing out of the way: trying to evade the police is dumb. One way or another you’re going to lose. And if you’re thinking of evading a San Francisco motor cop, or a law enforcement officer trained by them, by heading off the beaten path or up a flight of stairs, think again.

Drool-worthy new trials bike

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
