Honda Powersports Online Store Now Open

Leading e-commerce solutions developer, Powertex Group, is pleased to announce the launch of a Honda Powersports online store and new Honda Powersports branded merchandise.  Powertex Group will manufacture and sell newly designed branded apparel, headwear, and accessories, such as OGIO and Oakley backpacks, drinkware, pens and picture frames, as well as provide existing Honda Powersports licensees with the opportunity to sell their merchandise.   This strategy will not only increase visibility for licensed products already in market, but offer a one-stop shop where both Powersports dealers and retail customers can purchase a large assortment of Honda branded merchandise.

Based on the concept model unveiled last October at Intermot 2008, the new motorcycle is expected to be a sport-tourer powered by a 1200cc V-4 engine with variable cylinder technology which can allow it to run on only two cylinders to conserve fuel.  There are also rumors that the motorcycle will have a semi-auto gear box which will give the rider the option of going manual or automatic. Honda has a dedicated website for the V4 where you can enter for a chance to win a spot to be one of the first to test drive the new bike, unfortunately, the contest is only open to Europeans. Drool-worthy new trials bike

THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
