Honda CB description

Hand formed aluminum bodywork built in 2009. Engine had approximately 20,000 miles on it when I bought it and I've put less than 1,000 in the last three years. Most of the time it's been parked in my NewYork loft as a centerpiece of the decor. I only occasionally have the time to ride as I am travelling most of the time so I've decided to let it go. The front brake was rebuilt, new chain and front and rear sprockets less than 1,000 miles ago. Carbon fiber exhaust cut down from a Yamaha R6. Excellent electrical system with a custom harness and new Harley battery under the rear cowl. New points, and the carbs were just rebuilt in August. I have both the velocity stacks (pictured), and foam sock air filters which I use when the bike is ridden. Custom seat. New Dowco heavy duty cover. Engine is tight and strong - no leaks. Starts, runs and handles great.

This bike was built deliberately raw and minimal by a professional and attracts alot of attention everywhere it goes or parks. Featured in Cafe Racer Magazine in 2010. Note that this bike is not equipped with turn indicators, mirrors or instruments. It is legally registered and inspected in Vermont.

Valentino Rossi achieved the team’s goal of lapping under two minutes and two seconds with a time of 2:01.886 while completing 44 laps on the second day of testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit.

WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
