2001 HONDA CBR600F4i - SUPER SHARP - A MUST SEE!!
Its hard to believe that this Honda is a 2001 model. It looks better than most bikes that are only a couple of years old. The red and black paint and decals look factory fresh. The previous owner must have loved this bike because it is so nice. He added a Yoshimura exhaust, Orbital tank protector, Scotts steering stabilizer and some cool after market blinkers. This CBR sounds awesome and runs, rides, shifts and looks fantastic. The tires have thousands of miles of tread life left. This is simply a great looking and riding bike that anyone would be proud to own. There is a crack in the fairing above the right head light as well as some paint scratches on the fairing and seat cowling and a very small dent in the gas tank due to this bike being knocked over in a parking lot. However this minor damage does little to take away from how sweet looking this Honda truly is. 2014 Honda CRF250R Announced
Tue, 14 May 2013Honda has completely overhauled its CRF250R motocross bike for 2014, offering an all-new engine and an aluminum beam frame inherited from the CRF450R. With a claimed weight of 231 pounds, the 2014 model is actually 4 pounds heavier than the 2013 model, but the new updates are designed to improve mass centralization, with Honda claiming it to be more flickable and nimble than before. According to Honda, the new frame weighs 20.6 pounds, while the main frame spars meet the steering head lower than on the previous frame, helping lower the center of gravity.
45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
