I'm selling my "sickest" toy, which is this CBR954RR rocket with wheels. I hate to part with it, but honestly it's too fast for me. It's not a bike to be taken lightly. Topping out at 185 MPH, I let the throttle go because that was enough for me. It is a street-legal motorcycle with a 4-cylinder 954cc engine that seems like a V-12. This bike is seriously fast.
The bike is stretched for comfort and safety, so the front end won't pop up on me as easily. It has an adjustable extended swingarm. All you would need is a different size chain if you decide to adjust it. It has performance aftermarket front brake rotors. Make sure to use both the foot brake and the hand brake to avoid doing a nose stand. :) Despite the insane performance, this bike has convenient features. It seats two comfortably with swing-out passenger pegs and an extra set of pegs farther up so you can stretch your legs while riding. Electric start, digital speedo, trip odometer, clock, digital temperature readout, low fuel indicator, neutral and kickstand indicators. Most of all, it has a big, in-your-face, easy-to-read analog tachometer. Fuel capacity is around 4.8 gallons for long rides. I'm including the helmet and a pair of safety glasses. MotoGP Teams Complete First Sepang Pre-Season Test
Thu, 06 Feb 2014Preparations for the 2014 MotoGP Championship are well underway, with the first pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit complete. As the first test of the year, we shouldn’t take too much stock into the results, but they do provide a basis for later comparison. Reigning World Champion Marc Marquez was the fastest rider on all three days of the Sepang test.

I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.
Pata Honda To Test ‘Speed Gene’ At Jerez
Tue, 01 Apr 2014This just in from the Pata Honda World Superbike team: The Pata Honda team has announced the introduction of a nepotistic youth policy designed to enhance development and ensure continuity of its world championship racing program. On tomorrow’s third and final day of the World Superbike championship test currently taking place at Jerez in Spain, regular riders Leon Haslam and Jonathan Rea will hand over their Honda CBR1000RR SP racing machines to their respective young sons. Despite being less than a year old, Max Haslam and Jake Rea are deemed to have inherited sufficient quantities of the so-called ‘speed gene’ to warrant a full test on the sophisticated production race bikes.
