Honda CL tech info
Honda CL description
I picked this up four years ago and spent a year and a half restoring. This has been my MotoGiro ride for the past two seasons. I am moving up in class and will no longer need it. The frame is powder coated Bright yellow(yes, this color was offered along with candy blue, red and black). All chrome was redone(except the exhaust) and the tank professionally painted and lined. The speedometer was replaced this Spring due to the original completely failing(NOS). The seat was redone by Cool Retro Bikes. New York State did not issue titles for bikes prior to 1973, you will receive a transferable registration in my nme If you have any further questions or concerns, need more pics. feel free to call me at 518 429-5454 Local pickup only please. |

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.
Hot on-board laps of Cadwell with Josh Brookes
Thu, 30 Sep 2010You've got to be reasonably mental to ride a 200bhp Superbike on slicks around the narrow cart track that is Cadwell Park. We've met Josh Brookes a few times and we can vouch that he qualifies highly for the task in hand. That's a compliment, by the way.
Thumbs up for a chilly N.E.C.
Wed, 08 Dec 2010Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old. Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.
