Selling a very original 1971 Honda 450 Cl. Blue, everything works horn,turnsignals,electric start. This bike has not been
painted,or altered in any manner, Advised by others to leave it as is. Have some OEM spares , tailight, shock tube rubber covers original Honda back rest and luggage rack. Sticker on back shows last registration 1981. Low Miles. Tank shows show small indentation and scratches from storage. New batty. installed, new fuel petcock. Very light rust freckles on fenders, motor patina aged graceful, Ebay not accepting full r/L photos will try and post later. |

Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.
AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
Front wheel hopping on a 'Blade
Wed, 25 Aug 2010In my youth I used to spend hours with my mates pulling stoppies on our mountain bikes and then proceeding to hop on the front wheel for as long as we could or replicating the tricks we'd see our trials heroes perform. But the idea of doing this on a Honda Fireblade is puzzling, but stunt rider Odair Salmazo has it cracked.
