Honda CL description

A Nice 1972 HONDA CL350 K-4 Scrambler

This is a rare original configuration Honda CL 350 Scrambler.

Many of these bikes have been converted to café racers over the years. I'm the 2nd owner, this CA bike has always been garaged and well maintained. I have all maintenance records of work performed at Charlie’s Place in San Francisco. It’s insured as a classic, but regularly driven. Only 7,300 miles as much of its life set in garage. Both myself and previous owner have attempted to remain faithful to the original, however I have had some upgrades done over the years to enhance performance such as: rebuilt carbs, petcocks, upgrade regulator/rectifier, replaced points with electronic ignition and replaced coil set, rebuilt starter. New chain, throttle, clutch and brake cables. New key switch, replaced carb insulators and air filter. Front and rear tires are in good condition, sprockets repaired and replaced as necessary. All relays, signal bulbs and wiring are in good working order. Finally, the bike has always had regular oil changes and tune ups.

I must have well over $6500 invested in the bike, but have two bikes now and must part with the Honda.  Like all older bike there are some cosmetic issues-some chrome pitting, a recent seat rip, but well worth restoring. The bike is on the road, inspected and running perfectly. I will try to add more and send any additional pics.

Original sissy bar available (see pic).

I'm selling locallyin SF and reserve the right to rescind ad at any time prior to accepted offer/deposit. Might be able to help out with shipping, just ask.

Good luck!!

Matchless Making A Comeback With Model X, To Be Shown At EICMA

Tue, 09 Sep 2014

Legendary English marque, Matchless, is attempting to emulate another famous brand, Indian, by forming a comeback. After being purchased by the Malenotti family in 2012, the brand is now going through a revival. If you’re at all in tune with the fashion world, then the Matchless name might be familiar, as many A-list celebrities wear the Matchless-labeled clothing managed by Michele Malenotti.
