Selling an five CRF450X that is ready to ride! Have some extras for it as well. Great bike, lots of power, jetted for high elevation. Electric starter works awesome, even kicks start pretty easy. Idles great, pulls smooth through the power band. Only two short rides on last oil change. Motor and exhaust is clean, has not spent time in mud. Exhaust has a couple small dents from laying it down once, nothing that changes performance. Has about 110hrs on it. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

Tue, 12 Jun 2012Max Biaggi strengthened his hold on the 2012 World Superbike Championship lead with a pair of wins at Italy’s Misano circuit. The Aprilia rider out-battled the Althea Ducati duo of Carlos Checa and Davide Giugliano to win Race One before taking a relatively easier Race Two victory. Before the races, WSBK riders lined up on the starting grid to hold a banner expressing their support for the Emilia region in northern Italy which has been suffering from earthquakes and continuing aftershocks since late May.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
