This is a survivor. It's in great shape other than the following - faded headlight bucket, headlight not working, speedometer not working, left side decal rubbed off, handle bars are bent in a little. Complete, early ct70!
I picked this up from a friend a couple years ago. Tuned it up and put new tires on it. My son and I ride it around the neighborhood from time to time. Starts easy, runs well. Unique silver-tag. This bike was produced in 1969 before they started putting the 1970 vin tags on the frame. Engine number is CT70E-110141. Please let me know if you have any questions. Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official pictures, only the fantasies of fans and third-party designers. Only one thing is clear - the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered with both a conventional motorcycle foot-shift gearbox and a DCT robot.
