Up for Sale is a 1966 Honda S65 Scrambler motorcycle. Clear title.Frame # S65AA-081702. Motor # S65E-1579399. It does not run, has been sitting since the late 1980's. Engine turns over with great compression. Has spark, Front brake works as it should. Rear works as it should. Shifts through the gears. Gas Tank has no dents (see picture). some surface rust inside. Wheels looks straight. Pipe is solid. Overall the chrome does have pitting/ Rust. Headlight bucket has a crack. The paint in some spots is also flaking, but everything is solid with no rot. Good project motorcycle. Looks to be complete. You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. This remarkable shot of Eddie Lawson is taken by Rich Chenet. It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.

Two days ago we posted about an ultra-exclusive Honda CB750 prototype for sale on eBay. One of only four built, and the only one still in operating condition, bidding for this piece of motorcycling history was fast and furious. However, once all was said and done, the winning bid for this Honda was an astounding $148,100.

Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.
