This Elite has not been dropped or crashed. Most of its life has been on a rack on the back of an RV. Please, only call if you are interested. I am not interested in hearing how cheap you can buy another one. If you know what an Elite 250 is, then you know how wonderful they are. The best scoot for getting around SF. Call.
