Honda Other description

1999-I built this bike to race with friends several years ago and it has been sitting for the last two years so I am selling it and both others I have built. I spent about 800 on mods including a Powroll 15-1 piston in the stock bore, a Web cam and valve springs. The head has been ported by Dave at DC Cycles and the carb has been polished and choke flap removed for more air flow with a pod filter. It has heavy clutch springs and a Fast 50s rev box and 1 tooth larger aluminum rear sprocket, I removed about 6 ounces from the fly wheel and added a crankcase vent on the intake valve cap. It makes good power for a 50 but mostly top end. I had Web build me another cam with different duration that I never installed and am listing in a separate auction as well to help the mid range power. It has the stock exhaust with the baffle still in it. It needs to have 100 octane fuel. I have heavy front springs and a heavy set of rear shocks. Ask any questions as needed. Thanks

1983- I put a four speed TRX70 motor in this one with a bottom end cam and standard bore. It has a larger carb and intake with a pod filter and a loud Fast Minis speed exhaust. I converted it to kick start(TRX is pull). Runs great and sounds good. Great bottom end power.

1984- It has a Wiseco 11.5-1 piston with a Web cam and a Pro Circuit T-4 exhaust. It also has a larger carb and intake with a pod filter.  All bikes are built correctly . I am a factory certified Honda tech and this was a fun project at the time but just don't use them anymore.

ALL THESE BIKES RUN PERFECT AND DRIVE GREAT. BRAKES AND TIRES GOOD. JUST TIRED OF THEM SITTING AROUND GATHERING DUST SO TIME TO SELL THEM! ADULTS RODE THEM SO THEY ARE FAR FROM PERFECT AS WE DID CRASH SOME.DENTS IN THE TANKS BUT NOTHING MAJOR. NO RUST IN THEM. THESE WILL BE PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS WANTING A GOOD PITBIKE WITHOUT YHR HEADACHE OF BUILDING THEM. I WILL NOT SHIP!!!

I WILL ADD MORE PICS ASAP. SORRY. PHONE PROBLEM

Here is a link to the step-by-step instructions, check out the video after the jump. The GomiCycle – An Electric Motorcycle Conversion from Media Sapien on Vimeo.

Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT Race 1 Results

Mon, 04 Jun 2012

Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.

Honda NM4 Vultus Concept Revealed

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

Honda revealed a new concept model called the NM4 Vultus, a futuristic-looking 745cc motorcycle with a massive front fairing. Despite the fact it looks like a mockup made for a movie like the Kawasaki-based bike in the recent Robocop reboot, Honda says the NM4 is indeed planned for production. The NM4 was designed by a team of young engineers in their 20s and early 30s, and that’s demographic Honda wants to target with its new concept.
