Honda Other description

Last year of the timeless Honda 250 Nighthawk. Graphite black with 7000 mis. This will make 1 great Christmas present for your loved 1 who is either learning to ride or wants a fully capable small economical bike for the price of a scooter. Don't let the small size fool you. I've been riding for 40 yrs and have owned as large as 750 cc. I like the fact that these are super simple bikes so they are ultra low maintenance (mechanical brakes front and rear, single carburetor). These are also upright seating so they are stable and safer than the aggressive lean-forward modern sport bikes. I've had 4 CB250's and I've taken others 350 mis a day on the highway on any day except the very windy spring days. It's capable of 80 mph but best of all, it's rated at 70 miles-per-gallon with standard sprockets. Put a +1 on the front and I've gotten as high as 94 with a 1993 model. I've got a clean open title for the 1st buyer with the cash. Please have the money in hand before you contact me. I'm selling below NADA book value for the Christmas season. These generally sell for significantly higher during the prime riding season. Buy now and save. Email, call or text for appointment. This ad will be deleted when bike is sold. Good luck!

Honda Announces CBR400R, CB400F and 400X for Japan

Tue, 12 Mar 2013

Honda confirmed it will produce a 399cc version of its new 500-series motorcycles for the Japanese market. The Honda CBR400R, CB400F and 400X will be offered in Japan instead of their respective 500 versions, as they are a better fit to the country’s tiered licensing system than the CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X. The new 400 models should come as no surprise after Honda announced in February it would produce a smaller version of the 471cc engine used in the 500 series.
