Honda Other description

2011 Honda Interstate (VT1300CT), Very nice bike!! - Its OK to stare. We expect it. Don’t say we didn’t warn you — one look and you won’t be able to tear your eyes off the gorgeous Interstate custom. Like its equally stunning Stateline stable mate, this 1,312 cc V-twin is the ultimate expression of progressive retro cruiser styling, with one big difference: It’s built to go the (long) distance, with touring features like floorboards, roomy leather-clad saddlebags, and a custom windscreen. So we won’t mind if we catch you staring. In fact, we fully expect it.

Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade

Thu, 07 Jun 2012

As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.

Day 3 Dakar 2014: Barreda Maintains Overall Lead, Despres Catches Up

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.

Someone is Takin' the Mick

Pull out the slippers and plant yourself in front of a log fire and let Mick Grant talk you through his racing career. With a foreword from our Whit', the book details Granty's life from his Yorkshire roots through to all of his seven TT wins and the intense rivalry with Barry Sheene in the 1970s. Don't judge the book by it's cover, it's not a disaster like the out-of-focus oval-pistoned Honda NR500 but a good read.
